Four practices, one team
One team
We work in four practices. When a job needs more than one of them, you still deal with one firm and one team.
Work you might expect to buy separately sits inside these four. Brand, marketing and market entry are part of portfolio strategy. Grants and bids are part of capital. Product, automation and AI are part of ventures.
The four
Portfolio strategy, innovation and growth
One plan across the whole group, then the brand, the route to market and the growth that deliver it.
For family offices, corporate groups and boards with more than one business and nobody looking across them.
Capital
We prepare the evidence behind a raise, a grant or a bid, and check every figure before anyone outside reads it.
Investor data rooms, financial models and the investor story. Grant applications, bids and public funding.
Ventures
We take a new idea from nothing to a working product with customers.
Products, platforms, automation and AI for owners, corporates and partners. We also build ventures of our own.
Board and advisory
An independent view before a decision, and papers a board can decide from.
We set up and run board committees and write board papers. Non-executive and trustee appointments are held by Steph Hamill personally.
How we contract
The same three rules apply to every job.
We price the project against named deliverables, not days. We start when both sides have signed the scope. Decisions and instructions are made in writing, not over Slack or WhatsApp.
We also turn some work down. The list is on how we work.
Not sure which one
