The situation
A new kind of MBA, taught online, with students building a real business while they study. It was growing internationally and raising from investors.

Designed and led the marketing module: academic depth, taught through live venture building.

As interim CMO, built the community-led growth plan.
Worked on the investor materials for the seed and the Series A.
